Cookie Policy

This English version is a translation provided for information. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

This policy explains how cookies and similar technologies (such as your browser's local storage) are used on the www.miniskop.com.tr website. For details on the processing of your personal data, please see the Personal Data Notice.

1. What is a cookie?

Cookies are small text files that the websites you visit save in your browser. Local storage similarly lets information be stored in your browser. In this policy, both are referred to as “cookies”.

2. Types of cookies and your consent

  • Necessary cookies: required for the site and forms to work securely; always on.
  • Analytics cookies: help us improve the site by measuring how you use it. They run only if you consent.
  • Marketing cookies: used to measure the effect of our ads and to be able to show ads to visitors of our site. They run only if you consent.

In the window that opens on your first visit, you can accept all, reject all, or choose categories under “Settings”. Without consent, no analytics or marketing cookies are set and the scripts of these services are not loaded. Your choice is kept for 12 months, after which you are asked again.

3. Necessary cookies

  • Your cookie choice — Miniskop: a record of the consent or refusal you gave (miniskop-cerez-tercihi, local storage, 12 months), kept so that we do not ask on every page.
  • Form security — Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.): loaded when you start filling in a form; creates a local storage record on challenges.cloudflare.com to verify that the sender is not a bot. Required for submitting forms.
  • Hosting and security — Cloudflare, Inc.: in case of unusual traffic or a suspected attack, may set a short-lived security cookie to distinguish visitors from bot traffic (e.g. __cf_bm, 30 minutes). It does not identify you.

Cookieless visit counter — Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.): counts page views, the referring site, country and browser in aggregate. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, so it is not a cookie and does not depend on your choice.

4. Analytics cookies (with your consent)

  • Google Analytics (Google): statistically measures the pages visited, visit duration and traffic source. _ga (distinguishes visitors) and _ga_… (session state) — up to 2 years.
  • Yandex Metrica (Yandex): visit statistics, click map and a recording of movements on the page (scrolling, clicks). _ym_uid and _ym_d (visitor and first visit date, 1 year), _ym_isad (ad blocker check, 1 day), bh (browser and device information) and local storage records starting with _ym. What you type in forms is not recorded.

5. Marketing cookies (with your consent)

  • Google Ads (Google): measuring visits from people who click our ads, and being able to show ads to visitors of our site. _gcl_au (90 days) and _gcl_ls (local storage).
  • Meta Pixel (Meta): measuring Facebook and Instagram ads and being able to show ads to visitors of our site. _fbp (90 days) and local storage records starting with lastExternalReferrer.

Information collected with analytics and marketing cookies (cookie identifiers, pages visited, browser and device information, approximate location) is processed on the servers of the companies concerned, abroad. These companies use the information under their own privacy policies: Google, Meta, Yandex.

6. Content loaded on click

  • Videos — YouTube (Google): videos on our pages are not loaded until you click to play them, and are shown with YouTube's “privacy-enhanced” (youtube-nocookie.com) mode. When you click, YouTube stores player preferences on youtube-nocookie.com; after the video plays, other cookies may be used under Google's own policy.
  • Map — Google Maps (Google): the map on the Contact page is not loaded until you click it; a static image is shown instead. When you click, the map is provided by Google and Google may use its own cookies.

7. Legal grounds and withdrawing your consent

Necessary cookies are required for the site to work securely and to provide a service you request (form submission), so they do not depend on your explicit consent. Analytics and marketing cookies, and the transfer abroad of the information collected with them, are based solely on your explicit consent.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: from the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer of every page or with the button below. When you withdraw consent, the related cookies are deleted from your browser and these services are not loaded.

8. Browser settings

You can view, delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. If you block Cloudflare records you may not be able to submit our forms; in that case you can reach us at [email protected] or by phone at 0 (216) 641 21 38.

9. Changes

If a new cookie or measurement service is added to the site, this policy will be updated and your consent will be requested again if needed. The current version is always on this page.
