This policy summarizes how MİNİSKOP DANIŞMANLIK TEKNOLOJİ ARGE ORGANİZASYON TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“Miniskop”) handles your information when you visit the www.miniskop.com.tr website and use our forms. The legal notice on the processing of your personal data is in the Personal Data Notice, and our use of cookies is described in the Cookie Policy.

1. Information we collect

  • What you enter in forms: information such as your name, e-mail, phone number, organization and message that you enter in our contact, information request, job, franchise and dealership application forms, and documents you attach (e.g. a CV).
  • Technical information: records such as IP address, browser type and request time processed by our hosting infrastructure to serve the site securely; bot verification when a form is submitted; a technical record of an error if one occurs on the site.
  • Cookieless visit statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views, the referring site, country, browser type and page load time in aggregate. It does not use cookies, does not store anything on your device and does not create an identifier that recognizes you.
  • Usage and advertising measurement (only with your consent): if you allow it in the cookie consent window, the pages you visit, clicks, the source of your visit, browser and device information and approximate location are measured through Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, Google Ads and Meta Pixel.

There is no membership or user account on our site, no payments are taken and no credit card details are requested. Unless you give consent, no measurement or advertising cookies are set; you can withdraw your consent at any time from “Cookie Settings” in the footer. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

2. What we use the information for

  • To evaluate your request or application and get back to you,
  • To keep the site and forms secure and block unwanted submissions,
  • To detect and fix technical errors,
  • With your consent: to improve the site by measuring how it is used, to measure the effect of our ads and to be able to show ads to visitors of our site,
  • To fulfil our legal obligations.

Unless you separately allow it, your form information is not used to send marketing messages and is not passed to measurement or advertising services. Your information is not sold.

3. Who we share it with

Your information is shared only for the purposes above and only as needed, with these service providers:

  • Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting of the site, protection against attacks, bot verification in forms (Turnstile) and cookieless visit statistics (Web Analytics),
  • Resend and Google Workspace: delivering your form submission to us by e-mail, and our corporate mailbox,
  • Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.): recording technical errors on the site (form contents are not sent),
  • Only with your consent — Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads), Meta (Meta Pixel) and Yandex (Yandex Metrica): visit and advertising measurement; these companies may also use the information under their own privacy policies.

Where required by law, information may be shared with authorized public authorities. Transfers abroad and legal grounds are explained in the Personal Data Notice.

4. How we protect the information

The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Form submissions are not stored in a database on our site; they are delivered directly to our corporate mailbox, which only authorized staff can access. Information is deleted at the end of the retention periods set out in the Personal Data Notice.

5. Children's privacy

Our site describes our educational services for children; however, our forms are intended for parents, teachers, institutions and adults applying for jobs. We kindly ask those under 18 not to fill in the forms. If you notice that information about a child has been sent to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

6. Links to other sites

Our site contains links to and content from other sites such as Bilim Sepeti, Keşif Kutusu, YouTube and Google Maps. Their own privacy policies apply; we recommend reviewing them when you visit.

7. Your rights and contact
